Although we are one month removed from attending the 2022 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, the 30-day passing of time doesn't mean we're no longer reporting on the automotive aftermarket's annual show of shows.

Yes, a lot of #SEMA2022 territory has already been covered by the content producers in MotorTrend's Truck and Off-Road Group. However, the collection of articles wouldn't be totally comprehensive without a story showcasing some of the best new truck parts that were presented at the show.

Performance, appearance, and utilitarian products highlight the truck equipment that debuts at the SEMA Show each year. This collection highlights pieces from each category that impressed us, a few of which we hope to work with in the coming months. Until then, here's our rundown of a few random bits to consider for your rig, including this full-on "Legend Series" GM truck frame produced by the Roadster Shop, for enthusiasts who want to recreate 1969-1980 Chevy Blazers and 1973-1980 C-10 and K-10 pickups.

Livernois Motorsports & Engineering: Coyote Intake Manifold Conversion

This intake manifold mod is designed specifically for Gen4 5.0-liter Coyote-powered 2021-to-present Ford F-150s. The billet-aluminum Intake Manifold Conversion System facilitates using a high-performance Mustang GT intake for Gen1 through Gen3 Coyotes (2018-up is the preferred piece) on the latest engine, and it also adds over 25 horsepower over its stock intake manifold.

Cooper Tires: Discoverer Rugged Trek

This new Discoverer Rugged Trek is an all-season on-/off-road truck tire designed with a unique "Rough Terrain" pattern and stone blockades that keep rocks out of the tread. The Rugged Trek is built to provide enhanced grip on wet roads and features "Whisper Grooves" to block the rush of air through the tire, helping eliminate noise on the highway.

Project X: 13-Quart Blizzard Box

Project X showed off an impressive array of its Blizzard Box coolers. For in-cab use, we like the smallest unit (13 quarts), which, like its bigger siblings, keeps food and drinks colder longer without any ice, featuring a high-performance compressor, electronic thermostat, and foam-injected walls for added insulation to reach temperatures as low as zero degrees Fahrenheit. The Blizzard Box also has built-in USB charging, multiple power options, and holds up to 13 cans.

Pacific Performance Engineering: 3.0-liter Duramax Intercooler

PPE's high-performance intercooler brings style and performance to GM's 3.0-liter Duramax LM2 I-6 diesel engine. The unit's bar-and-plate construction and fin layout increase its efficiency, and a 2.4-times-larger core reduces EGT and increases fuel efficiency. The kit is ready to install, with a bracket and silicone couplers included.

Gibson Performance Exhaust: Ford Raptor Off-Road Turn-Down Exhaust

Gibson engineers say this kit brings unmatched sound and performance to 3.0-liter EcoBoost V-6-powered Ford Raptors. Period. The turn-down exhaust has no packing, doesn't drone, and is made in the USA.

MyTop: Electric Convertible Top for Jeep and Bronco

We found this cool upgrade among the hundreds of vehicles and pieces of gear in the Las Vegas Convention Center's new West Hall. MyTop's electric convertible top system fits two- and four-door 2007-2017 Jeep JKs, similarly configured 2018-present JL models (a Gladiator JT kit is also in development), and Ford's all-new four-door Bronco. The 12-volt, two-button system is highlighted by OE-spec electric motors, aircraft-quality latches, double-thickness tinted windows, specialty-automotive convertible fabric, and stainless-steel hardware, and does not compromise cargo space.

CWI Performance: 7.3-Liter Godzilla Intercooled Intake Manifold

This is one of the more hardcore pieces we saw at SEMA, for a truck engine that is still struggling to achieve widespread acceptance in the high-performance space. The low-profile (1.75 inches shorter than stock) billet intake is designed specifically for Ford's 7.3-liter powerplant, and its built-in water-to-air intercooler, supporting 1,400 horsepower, adds unprecedented uniqueness to the fuel-and-air-intake process for Godzilla engines.

RoadActive Suspension

"It will make your 1-ton pickup ride like a ½-ton." When RAS's National Sales Manager Will Agnew made that claim, we knew this innovative leaf-spring suspension upgrade was something we needed to investigate further. The easy-to-install supports strengthen a truck's rear leaves by absorbing and dissipating load-force energy. The results are a smoother ride and improved load- and road-handling. A set is on its way to SoCal, for installation and testing on Project BluMajik, our in-house F-350 dually. Stay tuned.

True Blue Motorsport: Omega6 Six-Speed Conversion

Here is a plug-and-play six-speed conversion solution for 2007-2010 full-size GM trucks and vans with 4L60/65/70/80E four-speed automatic transmissions, using CANbus and standalone wiring harnesses, a 58x native ECM, and an electronically controlled T42 Transmission Control Module (TCM). The kit includes everything shown, highlighted by the all-important valvebody for the transmission.

Hot Shot’s Secret: EDT+ Winter Defense

This version of the company's popular Everyday Diesel Treatment is a 7-in-1 formula containing a powerful cetane booster, LX4 lubricity additive, keep-clean detergent, and de-icing chemicals, for gel-free fuel and improved cold-starts during winter months. The one-quart bottle treats 400 gallons of diesel fuel.

Dually Design Co.

Duallys are on fire now, and six-wheel owners are always seeking unique, new 20- and 22-inch wheels to improve their rigs' appearance. DDC offers direct bolt-on wheels for 2005-present Ford, 1992-present GM, and 1994-present Ram duallies. The hubcentric wheels (cast and all-new forged aluminum) include center caps, spikes, and stainless-steel covers, and do not require adapters for installation. Matching aluminum inner wheels are also available.
